Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 3 days of the service date. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a re-cleaning at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of BestCleaningTools. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must notify us within 3 days of the service date.
- The issue must be related to the quality of our service.
- The request must include a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting evidence if applicable.
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises or if you are not present, a no-show fee may be applied.
